What is HomeBuy?
HomeBuy is the term used to describe a government-funded programme of low cost home ownership, designed to help people who wish to buy a property but cannot afford to raise enough money to buy on the open market.
Most people we assist are first time buyers but we can also help you if you need to buy a property in a situation such as a relationship breakdown or where there are other exceptional circumstances.
Priority in the South West will be given to:
• existing tenants of councils or housing associations
• key public sector workers
• other first time buyers
