WESTCOUNTRY HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Head office is based in Torquay, Devon with a further office in Plymouth.
KNIGHTSTONE HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Part of the Arcadia Housing group with a general office based in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset.
EXETER HOUSING SOCIETY - Offices Based in Exeter. No plans to develop at present and only a very small stock of existing shared ownership properties.
SIGNPOST HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Part of the Signpost Housing group.
MAGNA HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Part of the Magna Housing group which also includes Magna West Somerset Housing Association.

RAGLAN HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Head office based in Poole, Dorset.
